Did Manners Die??

Sometimes I have experiences with people...well, in public settings...that make me wonder if a sense of manners has died in our culture. It's embarassing. Then again...if it has truly died all over the place, maybe I'm the only one that's affected by bad behavior. Do others just think "crass" is normal now?? Oh dear...
