Do you ever find that you can't take a compliment? I sure do!...and I can't figure out why??? I love to give compliments to others (I think people too often don't realize how amazing they are...), but when it comes to receiving them, I'm really bad at it. REALLY bad. I get all flustered and uncomfortable, have no idea what to say/do, etc. It's so embarassing!
Is it my inner Scandinavian coming out??? So weird.
I got one after a meeting last night. The people involved knew, of course, that I struggle with this, so they basically cornered me and told me to brace myself. HAHA!!! Aaaaaand, like clockwork, I heard it...and freaked.
*sigh*
Maybe there are meds for this... ;)
